Incepand cu 5 Decembrie 2011, Thera Group a intrat in proces de reorganizare datorita situatiei financiare. Agentiile Iasi, Cluj-Napoca si Bucuresti au fost inchise pentru o perioada nedeterminata pana la reglarea economica a societatii. Ne cerem scuze pentru eventualele intarzieri de plasare a unora dintre aplicanti. Employers/SPECIALIZE RECRUITMENT & SELECTION
This is a service for all our partners that need candidates with a certain level of professional experience and training. In most cases, the employment agencies demand the maintenance of confidentiality during the entire recruitment process.

After officially receiving the vacant position and the conditions of employment, we will provide in less than one month, a detailed list with the accepted candidates.

Specialized Recruitment & Selection is the headhunting service developed by our specialists based on our own recruitment strategies, that conclude to selecting the best candidates and convincing them to accept the offer.

The recruitment process includes the following steps:
  • analysing the potential candidates out of at least 200 applicants
  • selecting the most suitable candidates and organising the interviews
  • Interviewing the candidates who meet the established criteria
  • reference checking and other tests, in accordance with the specified positions, if required
  • the final selection of the most suitable candidates and recommendation of a short list to the Partner
  • drawing up the final conclusions
  • in case of a final selection of a suitable candidate from the short list, the Partner shall transmit the decision to Thera Group
  • in case of rejecting the candidates from the short list we shall start a new recruiting process, eventually adding other useful information regarding the job profile and other details about the candidate
