Incepand cu 5 Decembrie 2011, Thera Group a intrat in proces de reorganizare datorita situatiei financiare. Agentiile Iasi, Cluj-Napoca si Bucuresti au fost inchise pentru o perioada nedeterminata pana la reglarea economica a societatii. Ne cerem scuze pentru eventualele intarzieri de plasare a unora dintre aplicanti. Vom face toate demersurile necesare ca fiecare aplicant sa fie plasat pe un loc de munca in strainatate conform formularului de aplicare, in cel mai scurt timp posibil si in functie de solicitarile angajatorilor din strainatate.

We always promptly respond to our employers/partners’ demands, Thera Group offers the Mass Recruitment service to all the companies with projects that imply a big number of employees.

During the selection process, Thera Group will manage an important number of candidates in accordance with the number of vacant positions demanded by our partners. This strategy refers to recruitment with bigger logistical resources, than the ones developed by the ordinary media promotion campaigns, thus resulting the selection of the ideal candidates and the efficient presentation of the selected persons.

In accordance with our external employers’ demands, we have created a flexible and efficient system of payment, which offers the possibility to pay a standard fee of recruitment at the end of the recruitment process, or a monthly fee for each candidate, until the labor contract completion.
